Advanced Event Searching

With the .NET Management Pack Enterprise Edition, you can search event data by any criteria, including:

• any portion of an event message or description
• source or component name
• within a date range
• any portion of the information that is thrown from SystemException and ApplicationException
• function name
• duration (for performance events)
• event group size
• event ID executable file or a dynamic link library (DLL)
• the authenticated user affected by the exceptions
• location where the exception was raised
• application name
• computer name
• build version from the main assembly of the application
