Magazines for Third Consecutive Year
AVIcode today announced that its Intercept Studio
solution was named as a Winner in the "Best of Tech·Ed"
awards program in the "Developer Tools" category. Over
Nearly 300 products and services were submitted for the

solution has been named a finalist for the "Best of
Tech•Ed 2010 Awards" in the Developer Tools category by
Penton Media's Windows IT Pro and SQL Server magazines.
This is the third consecutive year that Intercept Studio
has been named a finalist; in each of the previous two
years, the product was named "Best Developer Tool."

Management Pack to Enable End User Experience Monitoring
within Microsoft System Center Operations Manager
AVIcode today announced the Intercept uX Management
Pack for System Center Operations Manager 2007. The
management pack extends Operations Manager, enabling end
user experience monitoring. With this release, AVIcode
becomes the first solution vendor to provide all five
dimensions of application performance monitoring (APM)
within the Operations Manager environment.

January 7, 2010 - AVIcode Again Earns Gold
Certification Status in Microsoft Partner Program
AVIcode today announced that it has attained
Microsoft Gold Certification Partner Status for the
third consecutive year, with competencies in both Custom
Development Solutions and Data Management Solutions. As
a requirement for Gold Certification, AVIcode was
required to participate in a Customer Service Index
survey which measures customer satisfaction and loyalty.
In the 2009 survey, AVIcode received "outstanding" marks
for quality of communication, support and products, and
over 96% of AVIcode customers were rated "very
