November 7, 2005 - AVIcode Announces the Design for
Operations Starter Kit
AVIcode today announced plans to develop together
with Microsoft a Design for Operations Starter Kit that
will provides a bridge between Microsoft Operations
Manager (MOM) 2005 and Microsoft Visual Studio Team
System (VSTS). AVIcode is also developing a Starter Kit
that will automate communication and workflow between
Intercept Studio and VSTS for non-MOM users.

Area Director to Lead Sales
AVIcode has named Mark Davis to serve as Vice
President of Sales. Davis comes to AVIcode from BMC
Software, a $2.4 billion provider of enterprise systems,
applications, databases, and service solutions for 80%
of the Fortune 500. At BMC, Davis managed all aspects of
sales operations for the mid-market BMC product line,
while concurrently overseeing field channel activities
for all BMC enterprise and emerging growth customers.

Now Available

in-production monitoring of custom .NET applications for
MOM 2005 users. With MOM 2005, the management pack
enables the most complete platform available for
managing .NET Framework applications. The .NET

Microsoft.

Express Software Asia Pacific Pty. Ltd., a leading
provider of enterprise management solutions in the
Australasian market. Express Software estimates that a
very large percentage of their current clients have
adopted .NET solutions or will be adopting in the very
near future. With AVIcode, Express can enable those
clients with the ability to better manage and monitor
their .NET applications.

Netherlands
AVIcode announced a partnership agreement today with
Solvec Internet Solutions, an innovative provider of
application development and hosting solutions in the
Netherlands. Approximately 80% of Solvec's business
involves consulting for .NET application development,
making the company a logical fit for AVIcode. According
to Rob van Eck, founder and co-owner of Solvec: "Before

June 7, 2005 - AVIcode Announces Integration with
Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Beta 2
AVIcode's Intercept Studio is now integrated with
Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Beta 2. AVIcode will
demonstrate this integration at Microsoft TechEd 2005 in
Orlando, in the Visual Studio Industry Partners section
of the Expo Hall. The integration with Visual Studio
2005 Beta 2 provides an application health modeling tool
for custom .NET applications designed in Visual Studio
2005 Team Architect. Microsoft's Alex Torrone will also
feature this integration in his breakout session at
TechEd on June 8.

Incubator Company of the Year
AVIcode was named the 2005 Best New Incubator Company
of the Year in the fifth annual Maryland Incubator
Company of the Year Awards. The awards recognize the
achievements of current and graduate companies within
Maryland's technology incubators. AVIcode was selected
from among companies located at 16 Maryland incubator
sites statewide, based on a number of factors including
success in achieving its objectives, product
development, growth, and impact on the region.

Monitoring Software Will Ship with MOM 2005
Microsoft and AVIcode announced today that the
Operations Edition of AVIcode's leading .NET application
monitoring software will be distributed with Microsoft
Operations Manager (MOM) 2005. AVIcode will provide its
solution as the .NET Management Pack which will be
available for download from the MSDN and MOM websites
this summer.

Version 2.3.3
AVIcode announced today the availability of a
maintenance release of its flagship product, Intercept
Studio. Intercept Studio 2.3.3 provides real-time,
production-environment exception and performance
monitoring of .NET applications. This latest version
supports Windows XP SP2, the Microsoft Oracle Client and
Oracle's 9.2.0.4 client, and enhanced user level
security controls.
