AVIcode .NET Management Pack Now Available 

AVIcode's Management Pack allows Microsoft Operations Manager 2005 Users to do custom .NET application monitoring 

At the Microsoft Professional Developer's Conference 2005, AVIcode announced the general availability of the AVIcode .NET Management Pack for Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2005. The .NET Management Pack provides real-time, in-production monitoring of custom .NET applications. With Microsoft Operations Manager 2005, this management pack enables the most complete platform available for managing .NET Framework applications.

"The AVIcode .NET Management Pack enables operations managers to further benefit from Microsoft Operations Manager 2005, an important component of the Dynamic System Initiative. With this new management pack, customers can gain valuable insight into the health and service level performance of custom .NET applications running in production," said Felicity McGourty, Director, Windows and Enterprise Management Division at Microsoft Corp.

The .NET Management Pack is based on AVIcode's unique Intercept Studio technology which monitors applications for exceptions and performance issues in pre- and post-deployment environments. By tightly integrating this technology into MOM 2005, the .NET Management Pack enables an environment that facilitates rapid time-to-resolution for application faults and reduces the cost of application maintenance.

This full-featured product delivers complete root cause analysis for application errors and performance bottlenecks, including the precise line of problem source code, all functional parameters and variables, and a complete reproducible test case. In addition, the Enterprise Edition delivers availability, performance, and reliability reports for line-of-business applications.
