LEADING PROVIDER OF ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE TO USE AVIcode's INTERCEPT STUDIO

BALTIMORE, Maryland, 5/4/2006 – Baltimore-based AVIcode, Inc. announced today that it has reached an agreement for its flagship product – Intercept Studio – to be used by TMA Resources, Inc., one of the nation's leading providers of association management software products and services.

AVIcode's Intercept Studio automatically detects failures and performance degradations in applications running on the Microsoft .NET Framework, and sends real-time alerts with complete root-cause information for those errors, helping organizations to resolve problems faster.

TMA Resources produces deeply functional software for membership organizations, enabling them to do more with their software without the need for costly and time-consuming modifications. TMA's member relationship management software solution, TIMSS™, provides a complete management system for member-centric organizations. Some of the most prestigious trade associations, professional societies, and labor unions in the world rely on TIMSS for effective and efficient management of their critical functions, including customer, financial, and membership management systems.

"Because TMA's products and services are so closely identified with time and cost savings for our association customers, we can't afford to spend weeks trying to resolve a performance or configuration issue that potentially could impact our customers," says Hal Hayes, TMA's Senior Director of System Engineering.

"With AVIcode's Intercept Studio, though, we can immediately get to the source of any system defect, gathering and analyzing data in real time," Hayes continues. "AVIcode provides the common ground to view a problem and determine whether its resolution lies with development or operations."

According to Hayes, TMA originally turned to AVIcode to identify and resolve an issue related to configuration settings. "Not only did AVIcode help us pinpoint the root cause issue quickly, but it also reduced our manpower required to work on these issues," explains Hayes. "For us, saving on time and people required to diagnose a problem is a direct savings to us and ultimately to our customers, too."

That ability to immediately identify the root-cause of application faults, coupled with marked improvement in enterprise performance, reflects the exact experience of many of AVIcode's customers, says company CEO Mike Curreri.

According to Curreri, Intercept Studio and other AVIcode products "are designed to protect software investments by simplifying application maintenance and troubleshooting, dramatically reducing defect resolution time." Intercept Studio is also the only product on the market capable of monitoring .Net applications cost-effectively in an always-on state.

The addition of TMA Resources to AVIcode's client roster reflects the latest new business win for the company. In recent months, AVIcode has attracted a string of new clients, including NetBank and XCeed Technologies.
