Intercept Studio Drives Uptime and Reliability for
Cross Country Automotive Services
BALTIMORE, Maryland, 04/11/2007 –
Baltimore-based AVIcode, Inc. announced today that it
has reached an agreement for its flagship product –
Intercept Studio – to be used by Cross Country
Automotive Services, a privately-held provider of
integrated vehicle and driver programs and service
solutions in North America.
AVIcode’s Intercept Studio automatically detects
failures and performance degradations in applications
running on the Microsoft .NET Framework, and sends
real-time alerts with complete root-cause information
for those errors, helping organizations to resolve
problems faster.
Since it’s founding in 1972, Cross Country has become
the dominant player in the automotive roadside
assistance marketplace. Today, nearly 70% of the largest
and most prestigious brands in the automotive industry,
including original equipment manufacturer’s and
aftermarket companies, rely on Cross Country to provide
