AVIcode Announces Record Growth

Efficiencies drive increasing profitability; market demand and leadership spur product adoption worldwide

BALTIMORE, Maryland, 05/13/2008 – AVIcode, Inc., a leading provider of real-time, always-on application monitoring solutions, today announced record revenue and customer growth for the first quarter of 2008. This quarterly growth surpasses a record fourth quarter for 2007 and continues a company trend of increasing revenue on a trailing twelve-month basis.

AVIcode realized an 80 percent increase in bookings in the first quarter of 2008 compared to the same period in 2007. This increase was bolstered by the company’s ability to maintain fixed costs while realizing efficiencies across the organization, resulting in an 88 percent increase in GAAP recognized revenue for the period, while maintaining the company’s profitable status.

This 88 percent growth follows on the heels of 80 percent annual revenue growth in 2007.”

In the first quarter of 2008, AVIcode grew its customer base by over fifteen percent and now has over 11,000 licensed installations worldwide. New customers in the quarter included CTT Unisys, Stratacare, Vodafone, the Government of Manitoba, Euro Pool, MSN Israel, Honeywell, Redcats, and JetBlue. In addition, the company had repeat business from organizations including IBM Global Services, CSC, The Home Shopping Network, Assurant, Bank Mizrahi and State Auto Insurance.
