Acceller / BuyTelco
The authorized agent of industry giants
such as Comcast, SBC, EarthLink, and
DirecWay, BuyTelco makes it easier for
individuals to find the telecommunication
solutions that fit their needs and their
budgets. AVIcode monitors the company's
customer-facing web application, helping to
ensure the availability and reliability of
buytelco.net - a site designed to help
consumers and businesses find broadband
answers and solutions. The site also
provides DSL qualifying and ordering,
allowing individuals to quickly determine
broadband availability.
Alorica
Alorica utilizes Intercept Studio to
support the development and maintenance of
their call center applications used
throughout their managed call centers. These
centers support organizations like Home
Depot and American Express, so availability
and reliability are critical to both the
company’s and their customers’ success.
Avectra
A leading provider of membership
management software solutions, Avectra's
solutions serve more than 40 million
individuals and 750 member-based
organizations. Avectra selected AVIcode to
help them troubleshoot the most complicated
problems encountered by their product
support team. With AVIcode's ability to
quickly and accurately diagnose both
application failures and performance
bottlenecks, Avectra is able to better
ensure the availability and reliability of
their customer-facing application.
Broadgap developed a trouble ticket
system for Tolt Technologies, a reseller of
Symbol data capture devices. The system had
strict SLAs in place, guaranteeing response
time of as quick as 15 minutes. Downtime,
therefore, could be very costly. As Broadgap
developed the application, they realized
they needed to be able to test it with all
possible wireless interfaces and would have
to rely on manual reporting of problems from
technicians in the field. Instrumentation
would not have been sufficient, so Broadgap
brought in AVIcode. Intercept Studio
enhanced the testing process and eliminated
the need for manual reporting of errors in
production. In addition root cause analysis
helped Broadgap to detect and resolve an
elusive bug.

Computer Automation Systems, Inc.
CAS is the developer of Special Education
Automation Software (SEAS), used in over
1500 school districts to help teachers and
superintendents manage the challenges faced
in the special education profession,
including complying with the reporting
regulations for state and federal agencies.
CAS needed a solution that would help them
understand the accuracy and performance of
this hosted application at a method/function
level. With AVIcode's technology, CAS can
determine SLA performance, monitor
performance across application tiers, and
proactively identify application components
which require further development or
support.
CliniTech
Two of the largest physician-owned
medical clinics in the state of Washington
rely on ready availability of their
electronic medical record system, provided
by Clinitech. In order to best support these
clinics, Clinitech recognized the need for
complete visibility into their applications.
To gain this visibility, the company
deployed Intercept Studio into a production
environment with both server and
desktop-based applications.
Consumer Source Interactive
A division of Consumer Source Inc. and a
Primedia Company, CSI owns and operates
numerous classified websites, including
ApartmentGuide.com, NewHomeGuide.com,
Rentals.com, andAutoguide.com. AVIcode's
technology was selected to ensure consumers
could readily access and navigate these
sites to find the information they needed,
when they needed it.
When CSC experienced a slow down of an
application they developed for a state
agency to submit and receive information
about Medicaid claims, patient eligibility,
claims status, etc., they turned to
Intercept Studio to determine the root cause
of the performance issue. Intercept Studio's
ability to deliver a graphical event chain
to visually represent transactions across
multiple servers helped CSC identify a
series of SQL queries that were causing the
bottleneck. In addition, CSC utilized
Intercept Studio throughout their QA stage,
helping to reduce test cycles for use cases
from three days to one day.

Elbit
A leader in the design and development of
advanced defense electronics and solutions,
Elbit uses Intercept Studio to monitor their
corporate portal, BPM, and ERP solutions.
Elbit gains detailed insight into their IT
operations with AVIcode's technology and has
realized significant reductions in the
support and maintenance of these
applications.
Elisra
A provider of advanced solutions for air,
sea, and land deployment in over 25
countries, Elisra's main IT application is
based upon an ERP system installed on a Unix
platform. In order to provide ERP
connectivity to their users, a very complex
.NET application was developed to serve as
an emulator to the ERP solution in order to
provide company-wide access to its data. The
complexity of this application required long
hours spent on isolating and diagnosing the
root cause of problems. Elisra selected
Intercept Studio to automate problem
detection and diagnosis, with the result
being dramatically reduced time to problem
resolution.
Fiserv
Fiserv wanted to be proactive in
monitoring applications in their production
environment. Their technical team had no
tools to monitor the .NET middle tier of
their custom built applications. Intercept
Studio was selected to remedy this gap in
their application management and monitoring
strategy
GOT Corporation
AVIcode helps GOT Corporation monitor and
manage their Campaigner products which
enable organizations to have highly
personalized one-to-one email dialogs with
their customers. The Campaigner products are
implemented as a Software-as-a-Service
platform. It is of paramount importance,
therefore, that the web-native software
application be reliable and available for
GOT's customers. AVIcode enables GOT to
proactively address application issues
before they impact customers.
Insurity
A division of Checkpoint, this third
party software vendor provides services to
the insurance industry. In order to better
support timely releases of their
applications, AVIcode's technology is used
to trace code and analyze SLA metrics for
the various methods the application calls.
Insurity also intends to use Intercept
Studio in their production environment for
real-time detection and diagnosis of any
issues that occur.
Intel
Intel selected AVIcode's .NET Management
Pack for MOM 2005 to monitor critical
manufacturing applications in their
production plants worldwide.
MSNBC
MSNBC chose AVIcode as their
pre-production and production monitoring
solution for the .NET applications providing
content to the MSNBC portal. Because the
portal experiences nearly a million hits per
day, it was critical that MSNBC select a
monitoring solution that would not impact
system performance. AVIcode’s low overhead,
in production monitoring capabilities were
an ideal fit to provide proactive health
status information to MSNBC.
NSERC: Natural Sciences and Engineering
Research Council
NSERC is the national instrument for
making strategic investments in Canada’s
capability in science and technology. NSERC
supports both basic university research
through discovery grants and project
research through partnerships among
universities, government and the private
sector, as well as the advanced training of
highly qualified people. NSERC selected
AVIcode to monitor its online grant tracking
application. NSERC needed a real-time,
in-production monitoring solution because of
the time-sensitive nature related to grant
deadlines; in addition, they needed to
ensure the application was accurate
collecting critical grant information.
TeleTech
A leading global business process
outsourcing company, TeleTech provides a
full range of front- to back-office
outsourced solutions. When it comes to
monitoring and resolving issues affecting
their business and customer critical
applications, TeleTech relies on AVIcode's
industry-leading application monitoring
technology.
TMA Resources, a leading provider of
association management software, uses
Intercept Studio to monitor its TIMMS
software solution that provides a complete
management system for member-centric
organizations. Originally used to identify
and resolve an issue related to
configuration settings, Intercept Studio
provides immediate alerting and diagnosis of
any TIMMS application problem. With
Intercept Studio, TMA can immediately get to
the source of any system defect, gather and
analyze data in real time, and determine
whether problem resolution lies with
development or operations.

T-Mobile
T-Mobile chose AVIcode to enable them to
detect performance problems within
serialized services. This enabled T-Mobile
to improve time-to-market for an application
that manages trouble tickets of field
engineers responsible for the placement of
communication towers.
TyMetrix
TyMetrix selected Intercept Studio to
help ensure 24/7 availability of its
web-enabled e-billing application. Because
the system was customer-facing and critical
to their business, TyMetrix required
real-time, in-production monitoring which
only AVIcode could deliver.
Within three months of deploying
Intercetp Studio, Xceed Technologies, a
leading provider of intelligent network
analysis and post processing products to the
multimedia wireless industry, reports
execution time for its own software
applications has been cut in half.
"Intercept Studio has helped find the exact
cause of delays, which allows our developers
to fine tune the application, supporting
databases, and the queries for better
performance," says Xceed CEO Bary Azmi.
Mr. Azmi notes that Xceed's clients
demand enormous amounts of data at their
